Healthy Candy Apples

Here’s a quick and easy way to make candy-like apples for your crew:

healthy candy apple

Apple + Peanut Butter + Caramel Dip (optional) + Crunchy Granola Raisin Bran (you could sub another crunchy cereal) =

Try it – you won’t believe how delish it is! You’ll feel like you’re sneaking a sinful treat…but you’ll be enjoying something fresh and good for you!

Yum! Sometimes I melt a little peanut butter and maple syrup (could also use caramel) in the microwave and dip apple slices in for a similar treat.

I love this idea. Because this time of year it is a sugar over load so this would be really yummy and not tons of sugar. Thanks for linking up both your projects to Tuesday Tell All!

what an awesome idea! I know I always feel bad eating caramel apples because of all the sugar! :)
